MovilCoop is a mobile service that provides Cooperative clients with convenient and secure access to their accounts. To start using this service, customers simply need to download the app and log in using their Home Banking credentials. If you are not enrolled in Home Banking, registration is required prior to using MovilCoop.

The service offers a variety of functionalities, including:

• Information on all certificates
• Historical data for all accounts and loans
• Details regarding credit card balances
• Information on debit cards
• Account transfers
• Transfers to pre-configured external accounts

• Information regarding stopped payment checks
• Branch and ATM location information for the cooperative
• Guidance to the nearest branch that suits your needs

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions through MovilCoop are updated in real-time. For your peace of mind, just like in Home Banking, all transactions take place in a secure environment (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. This ensures that the data exchanged is encrypted using advanced algorithms, safeguarding sensitive information.
